Refund policy
Original paintings: You may request a return up to 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Limited edition fine art prints: You may request a return up to 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Open edition fine art prints: As all fine art prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or changes of mind as we do not maintain stock. As many pieces are sent directly from a framer or fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer, or manufacturer on your shipping label. We cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely, and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
Sale/discounted items: No returns accepted.
Gift cards: No returns accepted.
Damaged or defective items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and try to make it right. Any issues reported after 48 hours may not be resolvable.
Exceptions/non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g., custom products (such as special orders, bespoke size/frame options, or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To start a return, contact us at info@rpalescafineart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
